Cell c upgrade

This is my second complaint. I upgraded/changed my package which was supposed to have immediate effect. Received my bill and this was not the case. I was called by an agent and informed that all was now in order. This month received another bill and still no change. I have been a loyal subscriber for years but this unprofessional conduct makes me doubt. Disappointed!
