Cell C upgrade
Good day Cell C, how can I upgrade in the past when I was under debt review. but when I want to do an upgrade now, you cant help me because I am under debt review. My Cell C contract is not part of my debt review. And I know of a lot of people that upgraded wile they are under debt review.
