CELL C UPDATE

Good day Hellopeter team, I wish to thank you for your support in the problem I have had with Cell C recently. They did respond to me directly and informed me that I would be contacted by one of their Social Media team personnel. This took another week but I was contacted by Danielle who informed me they were going to refund the amount they had *******ly debited on my contract account and asked for my bank detail and also that I please inform yourselves that the matter had been resolved, to which I rep**** I would only do so when the refund was in my bank account.. Today, I received an email in which they requested by banking details as Danielle had not taken all the necessary details from me. I have provided this to them and patiently await the refund. I will update you once this has happened. In the meantime, thank you for the great service you provide in helping customers who are unable to get satisfactory results from companies such as Cell C and also for keeping my blood pressure under control.
