Cell C ****** up

My husband paid the amount we owed Cell C into the bank account given to us by Cell C shop. Now he is gettong emails stating the money is not in their account and they want the money again via debit order. After a Lerato from Cell C double checked the banking details together with a employee from my husbands bank. What the hell! Cell C please wake up. My husbands bank said the money was released to Cell C into their account. Why must they always @*!# up?.! And where do they get off telling my husband he MUST pay the amount again? Dis the amount he paid in go into aome one's pocket?
