Cell C unresponsive
I cancelled my one Cell C contract in September 2020 at the store in Eastgate. They told me to call the call centre, which I did. I have also sent emails twice since. Cell C continues to debit my account. You can see that there is no activity on the account and the number has been ported. Kindly cancel this account and refund my monies since October 2020.
