Cell C unreliable and ***********

I received an SMS from Cell C stating that i can upgrade. I called and upgraded to the Iphone 6 on Friday 17/07/2015. I was informed that it would take 3-7 working days. On Tuesday i called to check on the progress and was informed for the 1st time that the phone was out of stock. Which was not communicated when i upgraded. I call on the 24th again to check on the progress and was informed that the phone is still not in stock and that i should be patient. I then explained to the follow up department that if the phone is still out of stock, it would not make it within the 7 day deadline. The lady then explained that i would need to cancel the upgrade and reapply. I asked if the same SLA will apply as above and she confirmed it would. She then transferred me to the upgrade department again, where i was told that the lady that did the initial upgrade will call me urgently. This has not happened. I called again and spoke to another person in the upgrade department and she transferred me to another department. the call was then cut off.<br> <br> Cell c is extremely efficient in selling their products with endless terms and conditions that only apply to their clients not to them.
