Cell C unprofessional ignorance iro my payment!

On 7/4/2011 at 11:22 I made a payment of R504 from my Capitec account iro my Cell C account. This was never credited to my account yet.!

I had several email and telephonic conversations with their people, but to no avail.

I would like to know what you did with my payment? Where is it floating around? Why is your accounting system not this up? It should at least be ending up in a suspense account of some kind? This looks like a case of unprofessional ignorance!

To add to my grief, you have set up a debit order at the cost of R70, without my permission,

I also including a Capitec PROOF OF PAYMENT containing ALL the info they need to trace this payment and process it. I really hope somebody there is now smart enough to sort this out.
