Cell C Unprofessional conduct and empty promisses!!!!!!
After almost two year I eventually got a letter from Cell C that confirms that the contract in dispute was cancelled and all remarks on all Credit institutions were to be removed Reference no. ********** 11. This letter I received 12/12/2018 Only to find out today while I have app**** for motor finance and was then informed that I still owe Cell C R 18 000!!! How on earth can anybody be so *********? I have tried to call the Customer service but all excuses were found not to resolve this matter!!!!!!!!!!!!
