Cell C unpatriotic

<p>My teenage daughter is representing South Africa in the Hip Hop World Championships in Austria. She leaves tomorrow and I am unable to give her a phone because of the consistent errors caused by Cell C in providing a phone. Cell C delivered the wrong phone twice. I was then forced to accept the wrong phone yesterday because of my time constraints. However upon switching on the phone last night my daugher discoved the phone flickers all the time. Upgrading the software and system changes did not resolve this issue. I contacted Cell C this morning to resolve and now have to wait weeks before I can receive a replacement phone for the faulty phone.</p> <p> </p> <p>Cell C this does not help me. My daugher leaves for Austria to represent South Africa tomorrow and I cannot communicate directly with her because of you.</p>
