Cell C unnacceptable Service provider

<p>I took out a contract 2 years ago and have proof of all monthly payments. When I went to get an upgrade they told me I owe an exhorbitant amount on another number I dont know about. To make matters worse they keep on taking money from my account although my contracts finished. I hope someone with authority in that company will call me if they have any type of integrity.</p>

We will investigate this matter assist accordingly. If you have cancelled your contract as per the cancellation process then you shouldn't be billed.
