Cell C ********ly bills me and fails to contact me when I lodged a bill dispute!

I'm so disappointed by Cell C. Its disgusting that even after I made it clear to the sales consultant that I don't want cellphone insurance with CellC as it isn't covered when the sim card is out yet I'm still being billed for something I didn't want! I then called on Wednesday and still have not received a call for my bill query even after the famous you will receive a ours. In such tough economic times? This is ****************!
