Cell C ******** contracts

Never take a contract deal with Cell C over the phone no matter how good the deal is. I was offered a Sim only deal but when the package was delivered I also received a rooter which I never order. Well I thought maybe it's a free gift, they could be running a promotion for all I know. Debit order day came and the amount was actually more than what I agreed. Since today I've never received any help even after the person who sold me the deal listened to our recordings. What's more sad is that I must pay for something I never agreed on and they also making it seem as if I'm the one who's in the wrong. This is day light *******. ????????
