Cell C- unhelpful AGAIN
Called in, tried to get some information regarding my contract. Due to the fact that I am not the main account holder but have ALL the required information, I was refused help and the service agent was terribly rude.
My simple question was, is there a way for me to load data onto my contract now it has been depleted ( without my knowledge).
I couldn’t get an answer to that.

We apologize for the unsatisfactory service. Our consultants have to follow specific business rules when handling customer queries or requests.
However, the agent was supposed to explain the process and give you the answer even though the changes were not going to be done as you are not the account holder.
The account holder must call in and add you as a contact person.
