Cell C unfair pre-ordering

Unhappy about pre-ordering the Fold 4, all of a sudden Samsung buds are included for free and the watch at a discounted price. Why wasn't this offered when pre-ordering the phone? The first and most eager customers are the ones that do not get rewarded. Very unhappy with this!
