Cell-C: Unfair debit order practices

I find it unacceptable that companies like Cell-C can change debit order dates when public holidays occur and debit your account several days before the agreed dates. This is not requested, but demanded.

If the debit order is missed, you are penalized a further R70 and risk your account slipping into arrears.

If only we could ask employers to credit salaries to our accounts earlier to accommodate these changes.

Cell-C then has the audacity to "apologize for the inconvenience caused".
