Cell C ********* Business

Once again, billing issues with Cell C. I have a R135 month to month contract with Cell C but my account was debited with the amount of R783.14. On complaint, I was given a reference number & later received feedback that a credit was due to me (to which I don't agree with the amount). Nonhlanhla queried whether I would like the credit to my account or refunded to my bank account- I specified I want a refund to my bank account. I have now received a credit in airtime which I don't need. I have cancelled all my contracts with Cell C. Cell C's *********** and ********** consultants have cost me a lot of money. I was offered a contract with misleading information regarding the minutes available on the contract (the consultant failed to mention that the minutes were Cell C to Cell C) for which I had to pay a pro rata amount. I paid for the consultant's lies. When I called to cancel this contract, Harriet tried her best to retain me as a customer. She apologized and went on to offer me a different contract at a lower price with more benefits. Once again I was charged a pro rata amount. Harriet assured me that I would only pay for what I used which was obviously another lie. Cell C has really ripped me off and has the worst customer care and call center that I have ever had to deal with. Cell C is really in a nose dive and has resorted to cheap financial *******s and cheap misleading sales tactics. I am still waiting for my refund on the Mi Assist that was cancelled years ago but continued being billed to me. After my experience Cell C, I will never recommend Cell C for contracts or anything else. If you are a Cell C customer, check your billing very carefully and be very cautious in dealing with sales consultants over the phone- they will lie about anything to get a sale.
