Cell C Unauthorized Fiber Upgrade without Consent

I sign a two year contract with Cell C Fiber for a 10Mbps / 5Mbps which was for a cost of R599 per month. I was consistently paid this R599 by debit order per month then however I noticed for the last two months my account was debited for an amount of R729 which was for a 15Mbps / 15Mbps Fiber line. This was done without my knowledge or approval. I think that this was a breach of contract on Cell C's side , changing the conditions of the contract without my consent. I however tried to bring this to their Customer service department's attention by going the e-mail route, then an agent from their customer call center phoned me to informed me that she is following up on my complaint and she transferred me to the Fiber Call Center but I was put on hold for 30minutes without an answer and then the call was dropped. I tried again to speak to a consultant only to get a lot of voice prompts and on hold music.

Reviewer Update
I'm currently working nightshift and a Cell C agent tried to contact me while I slept and my phone was on silent but they opted to leave a message saying that it was an increase from R599 to R729 which amounted to about a 21.7% increase which is extremely unreasonable. The day I signed the contract I specifically asked the Cell C consultant Charles Majal if this R599 was fixed for the 2 year term and he rep**** whole heartedly, yes. I read my contract and it said in Clause 6.2 and 6.3 that if any changes is made to your amount that you paying or any changes to your contract , Cell C must notify you 20 days before such changes happen so that you have the option to continue or cancel the contract but no one in this regard informed me about anything and they just made the adjustments to my debit account adding the increases on 2 consecutive months. I know there are service providers like Telkom and others that will give you a 20Mbps Fiber line for R699, so why do I need to pay R729 for my 10Mbps / 5Mbps line or even the 15Mbps line.
