Cell C unauthorized debit
suddenly a unilateral notice that the debit orders will go through on the 27th december despite the fact that my debit order is supposed to go off on the last working day of the month. I did not have money in my account to cover this, my salary only goes in day before last working day. My bank has now charged me for the "Debit order insufficient funds" who will pay the costs of a dishonored debit order?

My problem is with the early debit order that could not be processed, and the fee that my bank is now charging me for that!!!!
When asked about that, I'm told "CellC doesn't do refunds for that"
Your phone call with a "sincere apology " is quite frankly not acceptable and a total waste of time.
