Cell C unauthorized credit check

I received a notification today saying that a credit enquiry will be added to my profile. When I checked it says Cell C ran a credit check on me on 31 July 2024. I have not app**** or approached Cell C for any products. This is ***** and I want it sorted it out ASAP....
