Cell C unacceptable service with collections department

Recently I had an issue with my wife's cell c account, where as I was unaware the account was handed over to the legal department, I tried numerous times to phone the legal department with no success, I have tried everyday also as of last week, in order to make arrangements for payment, yet with no luck, I then based on the last statement made full arrears payment, Phoned again today, where as someone eventually did answer, just to say sorry the contract was cancelled already on the 31st of July. Now I am liable for the full value of the contract outstanding , which could be prevented if they picked up the phone after spending hours trying to get through with no luck. Which is unacceptable
