Cell C unacceptable behavior

My cell c account was handed over to ssda due to financial difficulties, I comp**** with the brokers ssda and paid my account up until ssda did not debit in August 2022 when I enquired why they didn't debit they told me that cell c has terminated their service, on the other hand I'm getting messages from another broker called CSS upon contacting them they told me that my account was handed over to them but the issue now is that they are demanding 7k and the statement that I got from ssda reflects that the outstanding amount is +/-R630 and I had already paid 13k for the account, I have sent the statement to cell c and CSS but no resolution has been made since early September up to date, both companies are not willing to assist me upon sending them the required documents, I need to pay the outstanding balance and get my name cleared as soon as possible. I'm also failing to understand that why did they move from one broker to another without my knowledge and why are they demanding money that I had already paid?
