CELL C UNABLE TO SETTLE A COMPLAINT DUE TO LACK OF CONTACT

So cell C. After logging my complaint aome time back i have received 2 calls from you saying someone will phone me back. Untill now no calls but however i mus commend your sales department as it seems they are the only department thay can make outbound calls. But in any case i am sure after *****ing my money for more than 2 years you in no need to give me any attention as you have milked me dry and continue to do so
