Cell C - Unable to issue Prepaid Invoice through online shop

Amazingly, after almost 3 years of bringing the issue under their attention, they still can not issue invoices on request to prepaid customers. This is absolutely pathetic...i have spent R 1999 for a 200GB package ( the 4th year ), and need to reclaim the funds from the company with a proof of purchase ie. Tax Invoice. My bank statement has nothing to do with the accounts department at the office, so don't tell me i should give them a copy of my bank statement as proof of payment....i am sure that there must be a law that states that when a company receives money from you, they have to give you an invoice / receipt and not a lousy sms that don't even mention the amount you have paid. Can anyone assist me with this. I will be R 1999 out of pocket if i don't have an invoice as proof. Cell C....you are worthless....i can see why your fair value is ZERO
