Cell C unable to fix incorrect credit record

For the past two years an amount of R208 missed payment shows on my Credit Report, an amount that I have never missed hence it was a problem for Cell C to allocate the amount that I tried to pay just to close the issue. Cell C said their ITC fixed it, and informed the credit bureaus, but it still shows on my latest credit report reducing my rating from month to month.
