Cell C unable to deliver
<p>Cell C telephone upgrade on 8 February not delievered on time - delivered late with contract I absolutely never agreed to. I've tried unsuccessfully for two weeks to cancel the phone and the upgrade (SIM still sealed) - but Cell C keeps losing my case on its system!!! </p>
