Cell C, unable to cancel cell phone contract

I have been a cell c client for, for donkeys years I won't put a date on it, its been so long I can't recall how long, if definitely say 6years +-

Anyways I have decided to part ways and try to cancel my contract

They say you need to dial 084143 and select option 2, this is impossible I have been trying for 2 weeks and there is no way you can get through to a consultant to cancel the same

I went into the cell C store in sandton, I tried calling three times in front of the consultant and it just goes thru to the incorrect people, then they want to put you through to retention and the call gets cut off, absolutely dismall,

I have 3 contracts currently I pay about R3000 + in total for all three contracts and there is not much value

I cannot dial an 08600 number from a contract I pay R1459pm for, the data 10gigs, gets finished like water

Somebody please help me to cancel and walk away amicably from cell c, thanks
