Cell C *****ulent Transaction
In 2021 Cell C finalised an investigation that a *****ulent transaction took place on my account. With the assistance of ICASA they even sent me a letter proving that an investigation had taken place. To my suprise, I am still called everyday by Cell C agents telling me that I owe money on the *****ulent account. This is very distressing that after two years Cell C has not updated their records and this has a very negative bearing on my credit record. It is very discouraging that Cell C does not respect customers and they appear unregulated as they continue to violate their customers rights and are not reprimanded by the appropriate regulating industries . Please sort this issue out.

25 May 2023, 08:34I no longer have any contracts with Cell C since the ***** matter. After the investigation I was advised that all my accounts will be closed and my Cell C number has been since blocked, so I have not been using any Cell C services.
I was given the following case references ***, *** and ***.
No agent or consultant has since gotten back to me since I lodged the query last week.
I really need to be advised on why I am allergedly owing on a *****ulent contract which Cell C themselves have investigated, this is extremely unfair on me as a consumer and a very serious violation of my rights.
