Cell C *****ulent Transaction

In June 2022, Cell C put a cost of R225.00 against my ID number. I picked this up while checking my ITC records, I tried calling them, to no avail, they cannot verify my records on their system. Because I don't have any contracts or any prepaid items with them. I then requested from Clearscore to give me a reference, which they did ***.

I paid the R225.00 on this reference number 109 777 504 to Cell C on 4 June 2024, its now been several months. This amount still shows outstanding on my ITC reflecting negatively on my credit record. I never purchased any items from Cell C in June 2022 and suspect this is a *****ulent transaction.
