Cell C *****ulent Bank Deductions

I discovered that Cell C has been debiting my bank account for a data SIM that I don't have or use. Surely this is *****? I contacted their call center and requested proof of me signing for this contract, their consultant advised me that I need to go to a police station to make a statement that I don't have a data contract with Cell C which ultimately means that Cell C has no contract on record as they would have provided this immediately. I am considering reporting this to PASA unless Cell C sorts this out ASAP.
