Cell C Tygervally the worst no service!

Cell C Tygervally is the worst!

My husband is struggling for a month to update his bank details for cell c to take payment but it doesn't seem like they care.

He went to the branch in Tygervally where they weren't interested in helping him telling him it was too late he must come again.

He managed to make payment online however he can't change it online because their system does not allow it!

There was a girl with the name lauren that was always going the extra mile and help even after sakes was brilliant but when she's not there nobody cares there's no sense of urgency or interest to help very unprofessional and unhelpful.
