Cell C Tygervalley is PATHETIC

<p>On the 27th of July my phone got ******. Luckily for me (or so I thought) I have Cell C insurunce. I immediately went to the police station to get a case number and then to Cell C to get a ITC number. A week after that they phoned me to tell me that I must come fill in the claim for. I did so the exact same day. I phoned them regularly to find out how the process is going. 2 weeks later they phoned me to tell me that they never sent in the claim form therefore it is lost and I must come in once again to fill in another one. SO I DID. Now after 41 days I am still waiting for a phone, I haven't even recieved a ref number or a temporary phone which they are suppose to provide me with. Everytime I go to Cell C Tgv all the staff members are one their phones, including the branch manager and then they just take my name and number and tell me they'll get back to me. Which they also never do. THIS IS PATHETIC !!!</p>
