Cell C tygervalley
I got a AG Mobile Ghost two years ago on contract with Cell C Tygervalley branch when the phone launched you get a life time warranty replacement 24 hours swap out , which now I cant get a replacement because the phone has been discontinued and I do understand that and there is a new process that needs to follow . It has been 15 days since I have given the phone it to a lady at that store and yet , no one can seem to give me an answer on what is the outcome , according to the staff I have spoke to my phone is not booked in. I have not been given a form to say my phone was booked in with any kind of reference , Well done , Also on that day i took the device in the lady who assisted me had no plan of giving any form of costumer service and it was just very unpleasant experience , which I reported that same day to the manager on duty.

It is disappointing to learn that the agent did not conduct herself in a professional manner and did not offer the service as expected.
This will be addressed with the store manager to have this kind of behavior rectified. Sincere apologies for the unsatisfactory service and inconvenience caused.
