Cell C Tyger Valley & C Surance & Repairs Poor service and no communication

My cell phone got damaged and I subsequently reported it at Cell C Tyger Valley on 4 April 2018 which is the store where I bought the phone in November 2017, a Huaweui P10 Lite. I also took out insurance on the phone after being phoned by Cell C during the same week that I purchased the phone. According to the claim form I completed in store the excess payment for damage and to repair is R200 in my case. On 18 April 2018 I received an sms from CellCRepair advising me to contact them for a quote to repair my phone. I phoned them and asked them to send me the quote via email. I received a quote for roughly R1840. After receiving no repsonse to numerous emails I phoned the CellCRepair line and were advised that the insurance on the phone doesn't cover the damage. I went back to the Tyger Valley store and were advised by a lady in store that I have to contact C Surance. I phoned C Surance and were told that my insurance doesn't cover physical damage to the phone. I asked them to send me a copy of my insurance policy which I received after requesting it 3 times. No where in my policy or subscriber agreement does it state that my phone is not covered for physical damage. I went back to the Tyger Valley store and spoke to a manager named Grant 8 days ago. I gave him all my correspondence and contact details and despite promise never heard back from him. After being without my phone for more than a month I went back to the Tyger Valley store 5 days ago and spoke to a different manager called Linley as Grant was not there. Linley advised me that I should be covered for physical damage and that the Repair Department was supposed to contact C Surance to arrange for payment of the quote. I am only suppose to pay the excess. Linley was supposed to speak to Grant and come back to me by yesterday. I called the store today and spoke to Grant and it seems that no progress has been made and he has not spoken to Grant. I am currently sitting in Cell C Tyger Valley. I am a practicing Attorney and Conveyancer. Not have I only been without a proper working cell phone for 5 weeks for clients to reach me, I am being prejudiced because I am paying for a phone and insurance thereon and not receiving the use and enjoyment thereof. I am further taking time out of my work schedule to sort out this mess. As I am typing this complaint I am being told by Grant that he just spoke to a manager from C Surance. This manager wants me to forward the email quotation I received from the Repairs Department to Grant and he will forward it to the manager from C Surance. I will be forwarding this email within the next 20min once I am back at the office. Should I not be copied in on this email I will have to be forced to take legal action. I expect a new phone by this week Friday and I will be compensated for all my damages. Regards.
