Cell C.. Two time offender

Cell C threatening to suspend my account for the second time, in October 2018 they didn't even attempt to debit my account and they threatened to hand it over, in December 2018 I paid them before the debit date and sent proof of payment which they acknowledged and this morning they decide to spoil my new year and say they are going to suspend my account. When I call them they say they don't have any proof of payment. Whoever handles accounts please ask Nomsa Sithole as she acknowledged my proof of payment..
