Cell C trying to extend contract month after month

My contracts with Cell C expired (thank goodness), but for the life of me I can't get them to end my contract. Spending hours on the phone, emails were sent, went to their store... My email to NOT extend my contracts was received and acknowledged by Cell C, but they continue with billing me, telling me I have to give a month's notice!
