Cell C trying to cheat me if my hard earned money

If I could put 1/4 of a star, I would do so. I cancelled all my contacts with Cell C in June last year. Received confirmations that the contracts will be cancelled via email and on the 30th of June received sms’ from Cell confirming that my contracts have been terminated. Then 3 months later I start receiving calls from a legal entity called Shapiro something stating that I owe Cell C over R600. I ask what this amount is for and I could not get an answer. I sent the confirmations of termination to these ‘legal companies’ and requested an itemised billing from Cell C as to what the debt is for as I had all my subscriptions terminated. No answer yet every week I am getting calls and it seems they have now put it on my credit record. To say I am livid would be an understatement. Cell C is trying to cheat me. Are they not making enough money from other subscriptions? Why am I being bul**** to pay for a service that was not afforded to me. Mind you I did not receive any call from Cell C, not their risk department, not the collections department nothing. Just calls from companies I do not know nor have any affiliation with.
