Cell C trying their luck again

I had a contract with cell c, in December 2020 i wanted to upgrade so i settled the full outstanding balance i was given by one of their consultants. Then they gave me some bull**** that they can't assist me with an upgrade with the phone i was interested in due to credit score, which was fine because than i cancelled my contract giving 30days notice and asking to migrate my number to prepaid. I received no benefits from them asof february, no free minutes of data which is fine because im on prepaid now. So now im getting emails saying i still owe R239 on my account for benefits which is bull****! They better fix this **** because im not gona pay a single send for stuff i did not receive. Im not gona be milked by you so back off!
