Cell C try before you buy was a good idea for me not so much for them

If it was within the capability of the site to give zero stars I would do so.

So on the try before you buy I ported my number into Cell C at the end of Dec 2025. To date (19 Jan 2026) I have been unable to make calls on the network or use mobile data.

Despite me spelling it out repeatedly for them that there was an issue with the e sim and they need to reissue a new one they have refused to listen and i have had a never ending run around with the latest message telling me to go into a cell c store to have my phone reset.

Nothing wrong with my phone !

Whole thing has been a joke.
