Cell c... Truly disappointing and ***********
What poor and *********** bunch of people!!never in my life have I had such bad service.. For the last 5months I've been struggling to get answers regarding my upgrade.. Every time there's a new excuse or a lie saying that I'm blacklisted. (What a lie) Went to mtn and got my new phone with in a few hours... Not a single person working at cell c was of help at all and I would def not recommend cell c to anyone. After being a client of cell c for many years I am truly disappointed in cell c and will be canceling my contract right away. Friends be careful, cell c is *********** and will only cost you money for no service or help.

18 Aug 2021, 13:19I was due for an upgrade 5months ago!!! Ive been struggeling since the 5th of May!!! I canceled it!!so the outstanding amount is only due month end!!! also your fault as I have a debit order and I phoned in more than twise asking to let the debit order go off....
Cell c still hasn't done that.
Anyone and everyone reading this please don't make the same mistake I did...just skip cell c...
I got my new contract from mtn with in a few hours.

18 Aug 2021, 14:33Okay. My credit score is above avarage...and I got the exact same phone by mtn last week already.. for the same price... I qualified, received my A52 and still cell c lies about my credit... What a joke! ..I'm not doing this.
Cell c still has the worst support and service regardless of my credit score...
I spoke to so many employees and no one could give me any answers.
Further more... I upgraded in may already to the Samsung A52 and we've been struggling to find out when the device would arrive...
Cell c should spend more time on calling their clients and making sure about the facts instead of waisting time here.
