Cell C tries to solve by lying

Cell C is lying now I never received an email from Palesa on the 20 of February she said she will email the report I don't have her email in my inbox and how can the data usage be valid when the sim card in question was never in use it is still not in use and have been blocked on my request. Cell C people are *****, the phone I took out with your company is Huawei Y6 which doesn't take up a micro sim card. Cell C you are lying I never used that data and why would I complain or dispute a bill that I'm accountable for after four years with you Cell C!!! Please just give it up you people are lying, busy overcharging customers clearly your finance department has a huge problem and you don't solve anything nor do anything. Just stop it. I want to see what device was used to access that internet connection!!!! *****!!!!
