Cell C treats paying customers like idiots

This is ridiculous now!!! Cell C has had my phone for a month now it was supposed to go to repairs. When I call the cellc repairs to check on my phone they tell me they haven't received approval from C Surance and when I call C Surance they say that they've sent through the approval to the repairs department to start fixing my phone. This is the communication I've been getting for the past couple of days .Clearly I'm the fool here because these people dont know whats going on with my phone . Cell C has had my phone for a month now and I've paid excess and done everything they've needed me to do but nobody is taking my matter seriously in any of their departments. I am a paying customer and this is not how I should be treated. I have had enough with cell c now!!!
