Cell C treating Loyal Client for 20 Years like and Dog
Thank you Cell C for treating my like and dog after 20 years of being an Loyal client . I got X3 Contracts with Cell C , and is an loyal client for over 20 years . Never had I missed an payment on any of my contracts. I did my upgrades without any trouble every 2 years on each contract . [ Last year Sept [ 2020 ] I did the last upgrade ] . When I tried to do my upgrade on another contract due now, I was declined ?? On asking why , the rep**** it is because I am under Debt review . Due to previous financial difficulty, I am under Debt Review for 6 years , and NEVER was I declined my upgrade . So after 20 years, I Decided to cancel my 3 contracts with Cell C . Is that how you treat your year long clients?

Unfortunately according to the National Credit Act it would be against the law to provide you with further credit whilst under debt review. You will have to settle all your existing debt before you will be able to apply for an upgrade.
