Cell C treat loyal customers like ********s
Dont ever try to blacklist a phone with Cell C! Even after being a loyal customer for 10 years they treat you like the ********! Blacklisted the phone on 5/8/23, still waiting on an ITC number in order to open a case which my insurance company requires me to do within 48 hours to enable me to claim! Cell C takes 48 WORKING HOURS, that means 4 days to blacklist a phone and provide an ITC number. Press of a button! If I cant claim from my insurance I will keep Cell C liable. Asked for a manager to call me… still waiting and this after I was told that I wont receive feedback today still. Waiting for the ITC number then my path with them will part and Iam sure their ship will sink with their poor service!

18 Aug 2023, 08:14By the time the agent SENT an email, I was was assisted by waiting on line for an hour and insisting on getting an ITC number even if I had to wait all day! So no, I was not assisted by your agent, but by myself doing your work. Currently looking for alternative service providers. If this is how customers are treated after being with you for 10 years, I guess then I have reached the expiry date with Cell C
