Cell C Trap contracts and Unavailable Supervisors

I called Cell C on the 6th of March 2017 to cancel a contract that had expired in 2016. The agent I spoke to advised me that this would be done and convinced me to take a R30 airtime only product that they were running. On 3 April to my surprise R116 was deducted and when I called to question this I was advised that the R30 airtime offer I had taken was discontinued and I was automatically back on the old contract; I was not made aware of this. I again told them to cancel my contract and they told me they can't cancel it because they have already loaded the data onto the contract. The agent assured me they would move me to prepaid. Yesterday Cell C deducted double the contract amount and when I called again the prepaid call consultant transfered me to the contracts department because she couldn't help me. In the contracts department I spoke to Xolisile Ndebele who said she couldn't help me because I'm a prepaid customer and was adament I should call the prepaid department. I requested to speak to the supervisor who she said was unavailable, she assured me that the Supervisor would call me back and this never happened.
