Cell C Trade route mall and Customer service worst service ever!!
I took a contract out in November the double deal. I used the device for one day and the other device was still sealed. I took both devices back to the store the next day with no faults on the device. They told me I can't cancel it, they'll have to open a OBR I said no coz there's nothing wrong with the device and I hardly used it and I returned it within 7 days they said no. They sent the device to OBR whatever it's called it was successful and they asked me to take a new device I said no I'm not interesting anymore please cancel. They said they canceled it now I owe R890 on my statement. Not even customer service could explain why they charging me this amount for a device I had for 1 day only. Cell C at Trade mall and Customer service is not helpful at at. They only want that sale and does not care about people

She was so rude and kept on asking me if " so you don't want to pay this amount : with am attitude after I told her I don't mind paying it but I can't pay for something that does not show on the statement.
