Cell C Tower down since November last year and they don't know about it!

<p>I live south of Johannesburg and have been linked to the Base station which I think falls under Towerby. I have not been able to connect to this station since November last year. I was told by a technician who came to my house about a month ago, the reason i can't pick up the tower is that they have adjusted the tower away from where I stay. He was back yesterday to check and to confirm we had no network. He later called me and said the tower was not working at all but nobody at Cell C knows about it. The base station has been off for over three months AND NO ONE AT CELL C KNOWS ABOUT IT. In the mean time I'm loosing money through not being able to do my work!!</p>
