Cell C totally useless

I was phoned by cell C to upgrade my contract. I agreed to to up grade both contracts. The phones was deliverd on Friday 30 May 2019 with new sim cards in case my present sim cards do not fit. No mention was made of any extra costs in volved. I in formed them that I wanted to port a number from vodacom to one of the cell c contracts. I was informed that that is not a problem.Yesterday, 3June 2019 I went to the cell c shop in Wonderpark to get the phones activated. They informed me that it will cost R150/phone else I must do it via phone. Today I phone them to get the phones activated. I was then informed that it will cost me R250 to port one number and R150 to activate the other. This is not what I was told over the phone. Now I sit with two new phones that I can not use and cell c help desk is either insuffiently trained or plain to stupid to help.
