Cell C totally incapable of taking a telephonic order and fails dramatically to deliver a simple phone

Cell C is pathetic. I ordered a phone on Friday. This morning, Wednesday, I phoned at 9 to check the number that they gave RAM. It was incorrect so I updated it. The agent asked me to call RAM but there was a problem with the RAM call center line so I called Cell C and asked them to inform RAM. The agent was rude so I asked for a team leader. It is 2pm and no one called. the agent, Pshililo, then phoned me back and assured me that RAM has the correct info and would deliver today. I eventually got through to RAM and was shocked when they still had the wrong cell number, but they also received an incorrect delivery address from Cell C! I phoned Cell C now for the 3rd time today. The agent Mpume was extremely inefficient and clueless and does not belong there, she struggled to get the basics done. I am leaving tomorrow so I probably won't get the phone. How can people who do this for a living be so extremely pathetic?
