Cell C totally disgusting!!!!!

I am totally disatisfied there was a special deal advertised when I enquired about it firstly the sales consultant knew nothing about it. After contacting them again a new consultant helped me I app**** again which was on Thursday 19th Nov. I received a sms stating my order has been approved with a ref number. I have tried on several occasions to try track or trace my order but get pushed from pillar to post wuth NO def answers. I have now been told the sms was a system "GLITCH" some consultants say there is NO record of my transaction some say it was in the system but was rejected (cannot say why it was rejected) I was told the consultant will call me back before close of business today.......yet ive heard nothing. When I go online now to try reapply the advert wont allow you to reapply it shows OUT OF STOCK,yet the advert still running and supposed to be until 26 November. Its my grandchilds birthday on Thursday and was supposed to have received her birthday gift. Yet No one at Cell C can give me an answer todate. I must say i am irate. Their consultants are rude, short and just couldnt be bothered their excuse that they cant give answers as they working from home and I must contact their online enquiries.
