What a pathetic bunch of idiots !! Canceled our contract more than a year ago , trying to go over to prepaid , numerous email calls to their pathetic support , yet they are STILL trying to run the debit order causing my wife to pay bank costs . Plus their telesales keeps constantly phoning wanting to upgrade the non existing contract , at my witts end with this bunch of *********** idiots
